3. How long does it take to process my order?
At present, orders are currently being processed as made to order (MTO) however we strive to build surplus stock to assist in quick delivery and shorter lead times.

Delivery typically takes between 10–14 business days depending on your location.
5. Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we deliver to most areas nationwide. Delivery availability may vary depending on the courier service.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.
7. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled if they have not yet been produced and/or shipped. Please contact our support team as soon as possible.

16. How long can the stove run without stopping?
The OB Stove can run for many hours as long as the oil tank has oil and the Blower fan has power, it will run for hours.Â
17. Can I use any oil?
Most oils work. All new and used vehicle oils can be used. Most cooking oils can be used. Oils such as fragrant oils or body oils is not ideal and should not be used.
18. Can I buy the stove along and use my own Blower Fan?
Yes, on the website you will see the OB Stove ONLY for sale. You can purchase this and use your own blower as long as the blower fan is within the specs required.
19. Can I become a distributer?

20. Can I buy Bulk?

21. Do you do custom builds of the OB Stove?
