1. Introduction

4. Pricing and Payment (CPA Compliant)
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Prices Do Not include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch unless agreed otherwise.
We use secure third-party payment processors.
In accordance with ECTA:
An order placed online constitutes an offer to purchase.
A binding agreement is formed only once we confirm acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
5. Delivery and Risk
Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
Ownership transfers only once full payment is received.
Customers must inspect goods within 48 hours of delivery and report defects or damage in writing.
6. Returns and Cooling-Off Period (CPA Section 16)
In terms of the CPA:

If you purchased via online transaction, you may cancel the transaction within 5 business days after delivery, provided:
The product is returned unused
In original packaging
At your own cost
We will refund the purchase price within 15 business days after receiving the returned goods, less reasonable handling fees.
Custom or Made-to-Order Products
Custom-manufactured stoves are excluded from the cooling-off right unless defective.
Custom built stoves and stoves built to customer specification cannot be returned unless defective.
7. Implied Warranty of Quality (CPA Section 56)
Under the CPA:
All goods carry a 6-month implied warranty against defects.
If a product fails to meet quality standards within 6 months, the customer may choose:
Repair
Replacement
Refund
This does not apply where damage is caused by:
Misuse
Incorrect installation
Use of non-approved fuels
Unauthorized modifications
8. Installation and Safety Disclaimer
Our oil stoves must be:
Installed according to provided instructions
Used only with approved recyclable / New oil typesÂ
Installed in well-ventilated areas
Compliant with local municipal fire regulations
We are not liable for injury, damage, or loss caused by:
Improper installation
Failure to follow safety instructions
Use of incorrect fuel
Non-compliance with local building regulations
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with South African National Standards (SANS) where applicable.
9. Limitation of Liability (CPA Compliant)
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
Gross negligence
Fraud
Personal injury caused by defective goods
To the extent permitted by law:
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid
